Where can I purchase a Federal Group Gift Card?
Federal Group offers E-Gift Cards only which can be easily purchased online before gifting to your loved ones. Multiple brands found here
When will my gift card expire?
Our gift cards expire 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue. The expiry date should appear on the back of your card, or you can check it here.
What is the minimum/maximum purchase amount for a gift card?
The minimum purchase amount for a gift card is $20 and the maximum that can be loaded onto a gift card is $999.
If you wish to order a gift card with more than $999 in value, we recommend purchasing multiple gift cards.
How long do gift card orders take to arrive?
Our e-gift cards are emailed to you immediately. This makes them a great option for a last-minute gift or the perfect gift for someone who lives in a different city or state.
What if my e-gift card hasn’t arrived?
If you haven’t received your e-gift card within one hour of purchase, please check your junk/spam email folder. If you still can’t locate the email containing your gift card please contact Vii Customer support on 1300 554 268.
Can I order a gift card if I live internationally?
Yes, but you must provide an Australian billing address when checking out.
Can I use my gift card for multiple transactions?
Yes, your gift card may be redeemed repeatedly until the value of the card has been used (or the card has expired). For purchases greater than the remaining card balance, venues will accept supplemental forms of payment.
How can I see my remaining balance?
You can check the balance of your gift card at any time by using our online 'Check Card Balance' feature. Check your balance here.
Can I load additional funds onto my gift card?
No, your gift card may only be loaded with a value once, at the time of purchase. For additional funds, we recommend purchasing an additional gift card.
I've changed my mind about my purchase. Am I able to request a refund?
No, unfortunately gift cards are not refundable.
What do I do if my gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged?
If your gift card has been lost, stolen, or damaged it can be replaced if the card has not been used and the recipient can provide an original receipt and card reference number (conditions apply). Please contact Vii Customer support on 1300 554 268 for assistance.
How do I use my gift card when booking accommodation?
Our hotels require a credit card upon check-in for pre-authorisation for the total accommodation, including incidentals. When checking out you will be able to use your gift card to finalise the balance payable. Any expenses incurred outside the value of your gift card will be charged to the credit card provided.
